Eggplant

Eggplant is used for many different cultures' cuisines, but did you know that the eggplant is technically a berry? You won't believe how many varieties of eggplants grow in our garden! Our eggplants are homegrown using organic principles including organically sourced or home saved seeds, organic composts/OMRI certified garden soils, no pesticides or herbicides, and all organic fertilizers and soil amendments.
